What countries do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship to the US. We will update our policy when that changes.
When do I get my dossier?
Usually within 3-8 business days. Dossiers are typically mailed out on the 15th of each month.
What if I need to cancel or change my address?
Just email us at info@thegranddossiersociety.com and we will end your subscription or change your address! Make sure to email us before the 15th of the month so we can adjust your address or subscription before sending!
What if I didn't get my dossier?
If your dossier doesn’t arrive, email us at info@thegranddossiersociety.com and we’ll make it right. Sometimes letters bounce back to us. We usually wait until the end of the month to allow time for any returns, then resend them to you. And if all else fails, you’ll either receive another dossier in the mail, or we'll issue a refund for that month.
How often will I receive mail?
You'll receive one thrilling mystery dossier in your mailbox every month.
How does billing work?
Your subscription will be billed monthly and will automatically renew. You can view your billing details in your account.
Can I cancel my subscription easily?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at info@thegranddossiersociety.com before the 15th of the month to ensure you aren't billed for the next dossier.

We don't want to give away too much information, but each month, your dossier will contain a new mystery to unravel. Expect a thrilling collection of stories, clues, puzzles, word searches, letters, photos, stickers, artifacts, and other intriguing elements, all designed to immerse you in a classic detective noir experience.
